Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally. We offer free shipping in Hong Kong, and free shipping globally for orders above $2000 HKD.

Where is my order?

You will have received an email from us with your order details upon purchase. We ship your order within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please allow at least 7-10 days for international orders to arrive.

We will send you a shipping notification via email with a tracking number once your shoes are on the way.

Due to current COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, please understand that deliveries may take a few days longer to process than usual.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery within Hong Kong typically takes between 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

International delivery can take up to 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, shipping in Hong Kong is free! We also offer free international shipping for orders above $2000 HKD.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Items that are lost or stolen in-transit will be replaced within 10 business days of expected delivery date. We do not replace items that are stolen after delivery. If you require a signature, please reach out to customer experience upon placing your order at info@newbury.com

Can I modify my order or change my shipping address?

We try our best to fulfil orders quickly, but understand that sometimes changes are inevitable. Please contact us immediately at info@newbury.store if you need to modify your order or change an address, and we’ll do our best to help. Carrier fees may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & refund policy?

Returns are available on any unworn shoes within 30 days for domestic orders only. Accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. Exclusions include final sale/clearance items. To start your return, please send us an email at info@newbury.store

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please provide a tracking number. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Please allow up to 10 days from receipt of your order to process your refund.

International orders are currently not eligible for returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer complimentary exchanges for domestic orders within 30 days for all unworn shoes. Promotional items may be excluded. To start an exchange process, please email info@newbury.store with your order number and desired size, colour, or model.

Accessories and bags are considered final sale and not eligible for exchange.

What is your product warranty?

We guarantee our shoes to be free of any manufacturer defects for 365 days. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials. Slight discolouration, scratches, or change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies should not be considered a defect but rather add to the beauty and uniqueness of your shoes. Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced.

Are international orders eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges?

Unfortunately, at this time, international orders are considered final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Any items marked on sale are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes items purchased during our sample sale events.

How long does it take to process my refund or exchange?

Please allow us up to 14 days from receipt of your returned shipment to process your refund.

We will process and ship out all exchange orders within 48 hours of you receiving your returned shoes.

What makes your shoes special?

At Newbury, we pride ourselves on making aesthetic shoes with practical comfort. Designed for the new modern office environment we use premium hand painted leather on for the upper. Premium traction outsoles paired with cushioned arch support insoles.

What kind of leather and materials do you use?

We source all of our leather from the finest French tanneries. Our crust calfskin is a super soft, full-grain calfskin. Our suedes are also sourced from England and features a water-resistant finishing coat to keep your feet dry, and your shoes unharmed. We use Margom outsoles, and our patina effects are created using Angelus acrylic paints and Saphir polishes. Slight colour and finish variation are natural and occur when our artisans hand-finish each product.

How are the shoes hand painted?

Each shoe is hand painted with either a burnish or patina effect. These two techniques are primarily used in luxury dress shoes as they are labour intensive. Burnishing is the effect of darkening the colour on ends and edges to provide a contoured silhouette. Patina is the effect of varying shades of the leather colour. These hand painted techniques give the shoes an elegant aesthetic whilst maintaining a stylish and comfortable look and feel.

Where are your shoes made?

Our products are made in China at factories with cutting edge technology, and are finished in Hong Kong.

What size should I buy?

Each shoe is crafted to a Standard D Width. Lace up styles fit true to EU dress shoe size. We generally recommend sizing up half a size. Email us at info@newbury.store with any sizing questions, we’d be happy to help!

How do I care for my shoes?

We recommend using shoe creams and waxes on our shoes for the best shoe care results! They are designed to keep your shoes healthy and increase the longevity of wear. Read more in our guide to shoe care!
